Looking back on an inspiring week in the world of maintenance and innovation
From April 17th to 20th, Rotterdam was the meeting place for maintenance professionals from all over Europe. During this week, the largest European maintenance congress (EuroMaintenance) and the largest technology and maintenance expo in the Benelux (Maintenance NEXT) took place at Rotterdam Ahoy.
Ideo, TeamViewer, and SAP were present and would like to look back with you on this inspiring week that was entirely dedicated to maintenance and innovation.

EuroMaintenance
We enjoyed three full days of valuable presentations, interactive workshops, and demonstrations. TeamViewer, SAP, and Ideo were also part of the program:
- Sudhansu Kapoor (TeamViewer) gave a great keynote presentation on Tuesday, April 18th.
- On Wednesday, April 19th, Bart Elshout and Erik van de Ven (Ideo), together with Susanne Bottemanne (SAP) and Leonid Poliakov (TeamViewer), gave an inspiring workshop. They showed how to use TeamViewer to support your field staff optimally and how to integrate this with SAP Service & Asset Manager.
- In addition, Markus Krabel (SAP) joined the inspiring table on Wednesday afternoon with the topic 'Smart Industry versus Sustainability'. Markus shared SAP's vision and how asset management can contribute to sustainability.
Maintenance NEXT
ICT solutions for maintenance processes are not standing still. Our experts showed you the latest innovations spread over three days!
We received many familiar and new faces at our stand, had interesting conversations, and gave dozens of demos. We also gave a demo in collaboration with Eneco.
Eneco improves its process with innovative ICT solutions
Ideo, SAP, and TeamViewer have carried out a co-innovation project to support the field staff of the Heat department (Eneco Heat). The use of AR with TeamViewer will help Eneco manage the rapidly growing heat networks and limit the increasing personnel costs.
